Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all Brilliant Books designer tags and security seals are intact.

Drop Off the Package

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
